At checkout, please choose [ Ireland (Republic of) ] from the country dropdown menu in the 'Billing Address' section and this will automatically apply the carriage charge to your order which covers one consignment up to 20Kg and 1m cubed.

Our UK Delivery Services Explained

1. Depending on stock availability it is our aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day for delivery the next working day. Please note however that this is only possible when the goods ordered are available from stock and we do not guarantee a next day delivery.

If next day delivery is critical please call us on 0208 3449764  to confirm stock availability and that your delivery requirements can be achieved.

2. Special Order Items are ordered from our suppliers upon receipt of your order. Lead times vary depending upon the item and supplier but are usually shipped within five working days of your order.

3. In the event of your being out when your item is delivered a card will be left with instructions for collection or notification of re-delivery.

We are sorry but we are not able to offer a delivery service to other European countries.

Returns Policy

AW Electrical Supplies Ltd understand that from time to time you may not be entirely satisfied with the items that you have received. We have a simple returns policy, we will accept returns in the following instances where:

Goods are no longer required (if returned within 28 days of dispatch).The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty goods (if returned within the manufacturers warranty period). The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of A W Electrical Supplies Ltd.

 Incorrect goods supplied (if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of dispatch).

Goods damaged in transit (if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods).

NOTE: all returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number.

 How do I return a product?

 1. Submit your Returns request using our Returns Form. A returns confirmation number will be sent back to you along with a returns docket.
